Michael D.Wilson
Founder/Executive Producer is the Founder and CEO of BOTV Media Inc. a cable and internet programming network. Programming includes BlackOnlineTV.com the first African American online video network on the Brightcove network. He was a founding partner of Few, Hunter & Wilson Advertising Agency, the first African-American advertising agency located in the southeast and he was also the founder of Superior Audio-Visual Equipment Company, a equipment sales and rental operations company serving noteworthy Fortune 500 clientele such as Coca-Cola, Soft Sheen Products and Revlon.Wilson was the Executive Producer of an Atlanta-based dance television show called "Party for WTBS-Ch17", Turner Broadcasting System's first nationally syndicated broadcast television program. Prior to this he was the former Chief Editor of the Southern Regional Network, is an accredited lecturer on the business aspects of television and entertainment. He also serves as a media consultant to Spelman College in Atlanta. He has been a speaker for groups such as Tavis Smiley’s Blacks in Technology and Billboard Magazine and is listed in the Marquis Who's Who in Entertainment and Who's Who in Black Atlanta.

Billups has produced numerous shows on television throughout the years including the acclaimed "Writers In Focus," "A New Thought...A New Life," "FGTV's News Update," and numerous specials. In addition to being well-versed in developing and new media technologies, Billups has a background in performance venue acoustics and design. He has provided live sound engineering for such legends as Ashford & Simpson, Jennifer Holliday, Della Reese, O.C. Smith, Jeff Majors, Jean Carne, Dottie Peoples, and many more.
